My life changed forever the day I met my ex-husband, Joe. As a victim of sociopathic violence, I felt compelled to share my knowledge with others so that the issue of emotional abuse is raised amongst the public’s consciousness, empowering others to speak out. “No One Knew” is my emotional journey of being married to a sociopath and how I finally broke free from living as his victim.

I recently married the love of my life and moved to the Midwest for a change in lifestyle. As I’ve aged, I realized that I wanted a better life for myself, so my husband and I decided to move back to where he grew up in Missouri and now enjoy a beautiful life together out in the country.

It was here where I finally felt at peace and I was able to embrace my fear while finding my sense of courage to write this book. The change in my life has done my heart good. My hope is that my story will help prevent as many people as possible from enduring the pain I suffered. Starting over sometimes means finding yourself again and following your heart.
